A Community Interest Company
Baker & Joy is Community Interest Company (CIC) committed to enriching the life of the communities in which we operate. A CIC is a new type of social enterprise able to re-invest all our profits to improve our services and increase the benefit to our service users. We believe that this innovative approach to social enterprise has an invaluable role to play in helping create strong, sustainable and socially inclusive communities.
Our Mission & Values
We are driven by the urgent need to address the challenges of equality, opportunity and diversity that every community faces today. The only way to effectively respond to these challenges is to ensure everyone is equipped to participate in society. Vulnerable people cannot find themselves excluded due to their circumstances.
